Th3 Swish booked a place in the semi-finals of the 2026 KBF Women's Premier League after beating Strathmore University's Swords 2–1 in the quarter-finals.

Game One went to Strathmore, 80–78. Game Two was levelled after Swords forfeited, refusing to play following interruptions caused by power outages, with the Ariel Okal-coached Swish leading 49–27 when the game ended prematurely on Saturday.

Game Three went to Th3 Swish by a single point, after Strathmore won the second half 26–15 but could not overturn a 32–20 half-time deficit.

In the same round, KPA beat Safe Spaces 2–0 and Equity Hawks eliminated Zetech University Sparks to reach the semi-finals.
