This is the annual pageant USIU-Africa describes as recognising beauty, talent, culture, leadership and dedication to various causes, with students from diverse backgrounds competing for the titles.

The last crowns USIU-Africa reported in full were the 2024/2025 titles. Surene Oganya and Anita Mueni were crowned Mr. and Miss USIU-Africa 2024/2025 in November 2024, in a competition at the Broadwalk Mall ballroom that saw 22 students compete for the crown, USIU-Africa reported on 22 November 2024.

In the 2025/2026 edition, Precious Andin, a second-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student, was crowned Miss Culture 2025/2026 on 27 November. She described the Mr & Miss USIU-Africa platform as exposing her to being truly unstoppable, and said being Miss Culture meant redefining the culture of unity in diversity at USIU-Africa, helping students blossom, rise above limitations, embrace love, and shine in their own unique ways. She also described rigorous training, with Monday-to-Friday movement, choreography for couple walks, endurance drills, and challenges that pushed creativity and resilience.

Prejudging has long been the gateway to the final. In an earlier edition reported by USIU-Africa, 12 students made it through to the finals, six male and six female, after a pre-judging session on campus where pageant hopefuls showed off their talents and their cultural and formal attire. In the 2022 edition, 31 contestants took part in the pre-judging event, opening with intro walks showing modelling skills gained over several weeks of intense training.

The 2026 prejudging brings that contest back to campus, to the Auditorium, with Halloween as the theme for the night.
